Luke is in the Gospel writer who is the most like all of us. He never met Jesus face to face. He did not grow up in a Christian family, nor in church. Luke did not come to believe in Jesus until he was an adult, yet his is the most detailed of all the Gospels, and his perfect, historical Biblical writings, and accounts as inspired by the Holy Spirit straight to him, or through Paul are the most accurate in the world.
