Here at Coast Life Church there are a number of opportunities for you to reflect Christ.  When you're serving on the Dream Team you reflect Jesus by serving your church family and any new visitor that comes seeking to learn more about Him.  As you invest your time and gifts to further God's glory that effort becomes a form of worship.  The leader of each area will work with you so you can serve as little or much as you would like.

Have you been told you have a friendly face or approachable attitude?  Do you enjoy meeting new people?  Want to serve but just not sure where you'd fit in?  If so, maybe your gift is working with the First Impressions Team where you may FIT quite nicely.

First Impressions Team (FIT) - On the FIT team you'll be one of the first faces members and visitors will see.   As a greeter the only skills required is a genuine smile and a friendly "Good morning, glad you're here!" or "Welcome to Coast Life!"  When serving in an usher capacity you'll assist people in finding a seat, light the pathway if the sanctuary is too dark, and help with the offering.  In the Cafe where coffee and snacks are offered, you'll serve others by pouring a cup of coffee or passing them a doughnut.

Maybe your passion is working with kids?  Love to see a child's face light up when they are learning about the awesomeness of Jesus?  If so, check out working with Coast Kids or Red Student Ministry.

Children's Ministry - We have Coast Nursery for the young ones infants – 2 years old, Coast Pre-K for 3-5 years old, and Coast Elementary for Kindergarten - 5th grade.  There's no need to feel intimidated.  If you have a willingness to serve in this area then you'll be provided with all the materials and tools necessary to do so. Want to know what to expect when serving in Coast Kids?  Our kids are very important to us so expect a background check before being able to serve in any of our kid’s areas.  Also, it's not just babysitting; the kids will be engaged with learning bible verses and about the love of Christ according to their age group.

Student Ministry - RED is our ministry area for students in 6th - 12th grade.  As with working in Children's Ministry, expect a background check before being able to serve in Student Ministry.  This group meets on Wednesday evenings.  Take part in making a difference in the life of students.

Are you a student in 6th - 12th grade wanting to help be a mentor to younger children?  Check out being a Junior Volunteer.  We love seeing our students help out and pave the way for the kids in our children's ministry that look up to them.

Each person that serves on the Dream Team is an integral part of the process by which God uses each of us to draw others to Jesus.
